Cancellation Policy

We ask that you please arrive 5 minutes early to your appointments. FIRST TIME CLIENTS, please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out the necessary paperwork. Just Divine Cosmetics offers a 3-day performance policy on all waxing services. If we fail to remove all unwanted hair while performing a service for a client, we will touch up the serviced area and/or redo a waxing service performed at no charge. Services must be rendered within 3-days of original scheduled services.
